Ben Reed

Senior Paramedic, LifeCare Ambulance

Ben Reed joined the LifeCare team in 2017 as an EMT. He earned his paramedic license in 2020 and was promoted to senior paramedic in 2021. Ben is incredibly passionate about EMS and strives to do everything he can to give his patients the highest quality care. He is an advocate for his patients, connecting them with needed resources and serving as a calming presence during difficult situations.

Ben is known for his caring and compassionate nature and goes above and beyond to help others. He is always there for someone who needs support after a bad call, or for newer employees who need guidance and mentorship when beginning their EMS career.

Ben is known for being a mentor and a teacher, always willing to share his knowledge with others or assist coworkers. Ben has served as one of our Field Training Officers and mentors students in the EMS training program at Kellogg Community College.

Ben, you are an incredible role model and mentor. Your skills as a paramedic make a positive impact on your community, and your skills as a teacher and mentor are making a profound difference for current and future EMS providers.
