Garrett Lennon

Senior Paramedic, LifeCare Ambulance

Garrett Lennon has worked with LifeCare Ambulance for 7 years. He earned his EMT license in 2010 before joining LifeCare in 2017. After that, he earned his paramedic license in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Paramedic in 2021. In addition to his service with LifeCare, Garrett works as a firefighter and represents both agencies with medical control and Barry County 911.

Garrett is a dedicated EMS practitioner with a passion for public safety. When LifeCare needed to implement a Barry County Safety Net Ambulance two years ago, Garrett almost single-handedly took on this project and brought it to fruition. During the project development, Garrett handled the research and identification of key stakeholders. He also managed the training of the fire departments and served as a key point person during the transition. Garrett handled the difficulties and frustrations of implementation in a positive manner, never giving up, even when challenges arose. Garrett still champions this project today and is critical to its success.

Garrett is known among his peers as a knowledgeable, approachable, and professional colleague who brings a calm and friendly demeanor to all situations. His extensive expertise and willingness to assist others make him a reliable resource for his coworkers and other first responders.

In his personal time, Garrett can be found working at his lawn care business, and he enjoys spending time with his family.

Garrett, your expertise, professionalism, and willingness to pitch in and help out consistently contribute to LifeCare’s success. We thank you for being part of our team and are proud to name you a Star of Life.
