Savannah Monette

Senior Paramedic, Huron Valley Ambulance

Savannah joined the Huron Valley Ambulance team in 2019 as an EMT. In 2018, she graduated from Adrian College with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, then earned a master’s degree in athletic training from Adrian College in May 2019. Savannah was first exposed to the field of EMS during her graduate program when, as part of her clicnials for an emergency medicine rotation, she completed EMT school at Madison Township Fire Department. After earning her EMT license, Savannah realized how much she enjoyed EMS and applied to HVA. In 2022, Savannah earned her paramedic license; she was promoted to Senior Paramedic in early 2024 and then to Field Training Officer this fall.

As an FTO, Savannah works with the FTO team to create a solid employee training program. She works hard to support our employees in reaching the highest standards. Savannah is known for being dependable, adaptable, and always willing to go above and beyond.

Savannah, during your time with HVA, you have grown as a medical provider and are an example for all you work with. We appreciate your commitment to continued learning and your willingness to mentor others, helping them reach their full potential. We are thankful to have you on the HVA team and are proud to name you a Star of Life.
